Lucia

13 december is the date for Lucia, a girl in a white dress and candles in her hair. This year she was a girl from my school, so beautiful and sang so well! I didn't stay very long because I missed mum and dad so I went home. However I had time to see a little of Lucia.

Ps I had a training camp in the weekend, sorry for not posting anythn!

Sitting here, in my dad's room, listening to Kings of Leon-Fans and I'm almost falling asleep. I have baked 31 muffins and one huge carrotcake. And I can't even eat them myself. Because they are going to be sold and the money goes to charity..... However, sorry for the very few posts lately. And ps hahahaha I haven't got any money for the ads on my blog, I guess you didn't click on them... too bad..

And because I unfortunately don't have any interesting pics right now, this is all you get. It's after a game that we won!;)

Finland 93

Today Finland turns 93 years! It's the independence day when we remember the casualties from the war and feel proud over being an independent nation. I took a walk downtown (again) and saw a lot of Finnish flags and as soon as I'm done with my homework I will watch the independence "prom". It's a very boring thing, but I like looking at nice dresses and famous ice hockey players, and both will be there. Just kidding, I'm not interested in ice hockey players. I have been though, when I was 10. His name was Teemu Selänne.

Wopaa, it's been snowing a lot! At least 30 cm. And I took a walk in the center of Turku. Then I went to the movies with my dear dear friends.

Oops. I always thought only my closest friends knew about this blog.. Well. I found statistics about our visitors and apparently not only my friends follow this blog. Shit. WE ARE FAMOUS! Driving in the night

My sister finally got her driver's license (after 4½ years of trying - she's 22) so she took me and our third sister on a ride in Turku... in the night. Enjoy.

OBS it's my sister who is singing, not me, I'm so much better than that !!!

The European Capital of Culture 2011

Hahaha, me and Kira e-mailed someone who's among the important persons for the project "Turku the European Capital of Culture 2011" and asked them to link to our blog on their pages because this is a blog about Turku. I guess they read a few of our posts and then ignored us totally, maybe we're not representative enough hehehe... But at least we are honest and we show the world how it is to be young in Turku. Too bad they didn't want to link to our blog... someone could have laughed a lot if he or she had got the chance to read it..Anyways, I'm sorry for the bad updating, but I have been too tired to take pictures with my camera etc etc etc (unfortunately!). But tonight I'm gonna party with Nora, Aada, Eva and Caro and celebrate Aada's birthday and Christmas .. And tonight I sure will take pictures. See you fowks
